"PULENTA“ (cornmeal)

VD Kolektiv is a newly founded project and a logical continuation of Band Šijun. VD Kolektiv was formed in the winter of 2022. The music mostly relies on jam sessions (improvisation, instrumental compositions, experimentation ...). The band performs various famous pop songs in their rock / blues / jazz / fusion style, and also some of their own songs that are in preparation for recording this summer.
The ensemble "Dalmatino Murter" is composed of experienced Murter musicians, and they call themselves an "entertaining ensemble". They have been around since 1987 and perform traditional Dalmatian songs and chansons.

Wednesday evenings in Vodice are reserved for klapa songs. The best local male and female klapa ensembles will fill the waterfront with their superb performances in the traditional a capella singing technique that is specific to our region.
The photo workshop is free for participants, and is intended for adults and children over 10 years old. The search for the most interesting motifs will last from August 23 until 27 and end with a photo exhibition on the last day. This regatta was named after the skill of sailing with a Latin sail - burtižanje. Sailors and tradition admirers will meet in Šepurine on island Prvić for the seventh time. In a friendly atmosphere, they will race in their leuts, gajetas, batanas and other traditional boats. Festivitiy will last all day.

The play talks about the fate of two individuals and their families located in the ambience of the Dalmatian hinterland. Their destinies are extremely sincere and thus primordially outline the ambience of a small place that can be replicated anywhere. Both of our main characters are extremely strong and therefore interesting. Each of them authentically presents people from a small place in their own way.

Flamenco is coming to Vodice this August. This Spanish art originates from Andalusia, and has found its place on stages around the world as well as on the UNESCO list of intangible world heritage. The audience can expect music, dance and numerous emotions that flamenco carries in itself.
